Add around 1 tbsp of good quality organic ground coffee to a plunger
Pour in around 250ml of boiling water, let brew for a couple of minutes and then strain using the plunger
Once the brewed coffee is cooled, pour into an iced cube tray
Place in the freezer to freeze for around 4-5 hours or more
Once the coffee cubes are frozen remove from the freezer, add half of the tray to each glass. Add sweetener if using.
Top up with milk of choice, stir and drink. You may need to add more milk as the cubes melt.
