Iced Latte

A refreshing coffee Iced cube latte

Equipment

  • 1 Coffee Plunger
  • 1 Iced cube tray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Ground coffee
  • 250 ml Plant milk of choice
  • 2 tsp Sweetener of choice Optional
  • 250 ml Boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Add around 1 tbsp of good quality organic ground coffee to a plunger
  • Pour in around 250ml of boiling water, let brew for a couple of minutes and then strain using the plunger
  • Once the brewed coffee is cooled, pour into an iced cube tray
  • Place in the freezer to freeze for around 4-5 hours or more
  • Once the coffee cubes are frozen remove from the freezer, add half of the tray to each glass. Add sweetener if using.
  • Top up with milk of choice, stir and drink. You may need to add more milk as the cubes melt.
